How to Read the Tables
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Raw Price | What you'd pay for an ungraded copy in Singapore (SGD) |
| PSA 10 | PSA Gem Mint slab price (SGD) + multiple vs raw |
| BGS 10 | BGS Pristine 10 slab price (SGD) + multiple |
| CGC 10 | CGC Pristine 10 slab price (SGD) + multiple |
| SGC 10 | SGC Gem Mint 10 slab price (SGD) + multiple |
| BGS 9.5 | BGS near-gem or quad+ (SGD) + multiple |
| PSA/BGS 9 | Near-mint graded slab (SGD) + multiple |
Grading fees not included. PSA Economy: ~S$55–75. PSA Express: ~S$100–130. BGS: ~S$70–100. CGC/SGC: ~S$45–65 each. Always factor these into your math, especially for lower budget tiers.
How these slab prices are sourced. PSA 10 is PriceCharting's recorded sale price. For most cards BGS 10, CGC 10 and SGC 10 are derived from the PSA 10 figure by a fixed multiplier rather than recorded independently — on the 2026-10-03 data BGS 10 is exactly 1.30× PSA 10 and CGC/SGC exactly 0.60× PSA 10 on 93–99% of rows. Treat them as estimates, not as four separate graders' market data.
Return multiples are capped at 30×. PriceCharting ships a tail of mis-keyed graded prices, and because this list ranks by multiple it would otherwise be composed almost entirely of them. Cards above 30×, or whose PSA 10 exceeds 20× the median for their own set, are excluded. Real cards above 30× exist and are excluded too — that is the cost of the filter.Average PSA 10 multiple across all 3,669 eligible cards: 7.9x

How to Pick the Right One Piece Card to Grade
1. Use the 5x Rule
A PSA 10 multiple of 5x or higher is the minimum you want after accounting for grading fees, platform commission (~10%), and grade risk. At 3x you're likely breaking even at best.2. Prioritise High-Pop Demand Cards
One Piece grading is still relatively new compared to Pokemon. Focus on cards with active English-language secondary markets: Secret Rares, Alternate Arts, and Leader cards from early sets (OP01–OP04) have the most liquid slab demand in Singapore.3. Understand Grade Risk for One Piece
| Card Type | Typical raw → PSA 10 rate | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Alternate Art / Secret Rare | 20–40% | Surface scratches and print lines are common |
| Leader SR | 25–45% | Leaders are handled heavily; expect centering issues |
| Standard Rare | 35–55% | Modern print quality, grades reasonably well |
4. BGS vs PSA vs CGC vs SGC for One Piece in Singapore
- PSA has the most liquid secondary market in SG. One Piece PSA 10 slabs trade fastest.- BGS 10 (Pristine) commands a premium for top-chase cards but is harder to achieve on modern cardstock.
- CGC and SGC are cost-effective alternatives. One Piece CGC 10 prices typically run 70–80% of PSA 10 equivalents.
5. SGD Grading Fee Estimates (2026)
| Service | Tier | Estimated total cost (SGD, incl. shipping) |
|---|---|---|
| PSA | Economy (45-day) | ~S$55–75 |
| PSA | Express (10-day) | ~S$100–130 |
| BGS | Standard | ~S$70–100 |
| CGC | Economy | ~S$45–65 |
| SGC | Standard | ~S$45–65 |
Frequently Asked Questions
Which grading company is best for One Piece cards in Singapore?PSA has the deepest buyer pool for One Piece slabs in Singapore. BGS 10 Pristine commands the highest prices on top-tier chase cards but is harder to sell quickly. CGC and SGC are the most cost-effective options for budget submissions.
What PSA 10 multiple do I need to break even?
Assuming S$70 in grading fees, a 10% selling fee, and a 35% PSA 10 success rate: you need the raw card to cost less than ~40% of the expected PSA 10 value to break even in expectation. A 3x multiple roughly breaks even; 5x+ is profit territory.
What's the best One Piece card to grade under SGD $50?
Based on October 2026 data, Boa Hancock ST17-004 (One Piece Japanese Starter Deck 17: Donquixote Donflamingo) at S$48 raw has the highest PSA 10 multiple in the $30–$50 tier at 26.9x.
Are Japanese One Piece cards worth grading?
Japanese One Piece cards — especially Parallel Rares and Secret Rares from early sets — can have exceptional PSA 10 multiples due to collector demand. However, the buyer market for JP One Piece slabs in Singapore is narrower than for English cards. Know your exit strategy before submitting.
