Pricing data sourced from PriceCharting as of 4 June 2026. USD converted to SGD at 1.28×. JP set is Nihil Zero; EN set is Mega Evolution — Perfect Order.
Market Overview
Three things define Perfect Order's price landscape:
- Rosa's Encouragement JP inversion — both the Full Art and the SIR trade JP-dominant, a rare double-inversion driven by JP collector demand
- Meowth ex SIR leads EN pricing at $184 — the highest-priced card in the set in English, with a 2.08× JP/EN gap
- MHR near-parity — Mega Zygarde ex MHR sits at $176 JP vs $165.92 EN (0.94×), with no dramatic inversion in either direction
The Chase Card: Mega Zygarde ex Across All Tiers
Mega Zygarde ex appears at every rarity tier. The MHR near-parity is the standout result — most ME sets show a clearer JP or EN dominant picture at the top:
| Version | JP (USD / SGD) | EN (USD / SGD) | EN/JP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base #46/#47 | $1.75 / SGD $2 | $1.75 / SGD $2 | 1.00× (parity) |
| Full Art #97/#104 | $6.00 / SGD $8 | $13.00 / SGD $17 | 2.17× |
| SIR #113/#120 | $31.00 / SGD $40 | $79.33 / SGD $102 | 2.56× |
| Mega Hyper Rare #117/#124 | $176.00 / SGD $225 | $165.92 / SGD $212 | 0.94× (JP pricier) |
The base version is exact parity at $1.75 both sides. The Full Art and SIR show standard EN premiums (2.17× and 2.56×). The MHR is the interesting data point — JP buyers pay only ~6% more than EN buyers, suggesting roughly balanced demand at the top tier.
Special Illustration Rares (#111–116 JP / #118–123 EN)
The SIR section is headlined by two stories: Meowth ex leading EN pricing, and Rosa's Encouragement being the set's most significant JP-dominant card:
| Card | JP (USD / SGD) | EN (USD / SGD) | EN/JP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mega Zygarde ex | $31.00 / SGD $40 | $79.33 / SGD $102 | 2.56× |
| Mega Clefable ex | $32.11 / SGD $41 | $71.17 / SGD $91 | 2.22× |
| Mega Starmie ex | $32.86 / SGD $42 | $66.30 / SGD $85 | 2.02× |
| Meowth ex | $88.67 / SGD $113 | $184.46 / SGD $236 | 2.08× |
| Rosa's Encouragement | $96.47 / SGD $123 | $72.25 / SGD $92 | 0.75× (JP pricier) |
| Jacinthe | $16.78 / SGD $21 | $32.96 / SGD $42 | 1.96× |
Meowth ex SIR at SGD $236 EN is the most expensive card in the set. Despite its 2.08× EN premium, there is consistent demand on both sides — JP collectors are paying SGD $113 for the JP version.
Rosa's Encouragement SIR is the headline inversion: JP buyers pay SGD $123 vs EN's SGD $92. Rosa is a beloved character from Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, and JP collectors tend to bid harder on trainer character SIRs they have a personal connection to. This is not likely to close quickly.
Full Art Trainers (#101–110 JP / #108–117 EN)
The Full Art trainer section has the widest spread of any rarity tier — from a 4.21× EN premium on Poké Pad to a 0.57× JP premium on Rosa's Encouragement:
| Card | JP (USD / SGD) | EN (USD / SGD) | EN/JP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Poké Pad | $3.49 / SGD $4 | $14.70 / SGD $19 | 4.21× |
| Forest of Vitality | $2.92 / SGD $4 | $8.07 / SGD $10 | 2.76× |
| Wondrous Patch | $2.34 / SGD $3 | $4.99 / SGD $6 | 2.13× |
| Sacred Ash | $2.25 / SGD $3 | $4.05 / SGD $5 | 1.80× |
| Energy Recycler | $2.42 / SGD $3 | $3.99 / SGD $5 | 1.65× |
| Lumiose City | $2.54 / SGD $3 | $3.97 / SGD $5 | 1.56× |
| Tarragon | $3.15 / SGD $4 | $4.33 / SGD $6 | 1.37× |
| Naveen | $4.64 / SGD $6 | $4.22 / SGD $5 | 0.91× (JP pricier) |
| Jacinthe | $5.49 / SGD $7 | $4.99 / SGD $6 | 0.91× (JP pricier) |
| Rosa's Encouragement | $15.65 / SGD $20 | $8.87 / SGD $11 | 0.57× (JP pricier) |
Poké Pad at SGD $19 EN (4.21×) is the standout. A 4× EN/JP premium on a trainer item is unusual — this is likely driven by competitive play demand in EN-dominant formats where Poké Pad sees use. Forest of Vitality (2.76×) follows a similar pattern.
Rosa's Encouragement Full Art at SGD $11 EN vs SGD $20 JP mirrors the SIR pattern — the same JP collector demand driving both versions above EN price.
Full Art Pokémon ex (#93–100 JP / #100–107 EN)
| Card | JP (USD / SGD) | EN (USD / SGD) | EN/JP |

| Mega Clefable ex | $4.96 / SGD $6 | $8.16 / SGD $10 | 1.65× |
| Yveltal ex | $5.50 / SGD $7 | $7.98 / SGD $10 | 1.45× |
| Mega Skarmory ex | $4.80 / SGD $6 | $7.00 / SGD $9 | 1.46× |
| Meowth ex | $14.35 / SGD $18 | $19.11 / SGD $24 | 1.33× |
| Decidueye ex | $4.50 / SGD $6 | $3.67 / SGD $5 | 0.82× (JP pricier) |
| Salazzle ex | $4.22 / SGD $5 | $3.04 / SGD $4 | 0.72× (JP pricier) |
Decidueye ex (0.82×) and Salazzle ex (0.72×) are JP-pricier in the Full Art tier. This is uncommon — most ME Full Art ex cards show EN premiums. These two likely reflect stronger JP competitive play adoption.
Illustration Rares (#81–88 + #90–92 JP / #89–99 EN)
Clefairy IR is the standout in this section at 3.62× — one of the highest EN premiums for any illustration rare across the ME series. It is likely driven by Clefairy's popularity with EN collectors and competitive relevance:
| Card | JP (USD / SGD) | EN (USD / SGD) | EN/JP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clefairy | $9.95 / SGD $13 | $36.03 / SGD $46 | 3.62× |
| Rowlet | $3.50 / SGD $4 | $7.58 / SGD $10 | 2.17× |
| Dedenne | $4.63 / SGD $6 | $7.75 / SGD $10 | 1.67× |
| Espurr | $4.16 / SGD $5 | $6.09 / SGD $8 | 1.46× |
| Aurorus | $3.59 / SGD $5 | $5.84 / SGD $7 | 1.63× |
| Raticate | $2.90 / SGD $4 | $5.00 / SGD $6 | 1.72× |
| Doublade | $2.60 / SGD $3 | $4.45 / SGD $6 | 1.71× |
| Spewpa | $2.28 / SGD $3 | $3.93 / SGD $5 | 1.72× |
| Talonflame | $2.51 / SGD $3 | $3.82 / SGD $5 | 1.52× |
| Drapion | $2.23 / SGD $3 | $2.37 / SGD $3 | 1.06× |
| Probopass | $1.94 / SGD $2 | $1.85 / SGD $2 | 0.95× (JP pricier) |
Probopass sits at near-parity (0.95×). Most other IRs carry 1.5–2.2× EN premiums, consistent with the ME series norm at this stage.
Regional Exclusives
| Card | Region | Price (USD / SGD) | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tyrunt IR #89 | JP only | $3.51 / SGD $4 | Illustration rare not in EN Perfect Order |
| Lapras ex #22 | EN only | $1.61 / SGD $2 | — |
| Crushing Hammer #71 | EN only | $0.23 / SGD $0 | Trainer insert |
| Judge #76 | EN only | $0.73 / SGD $1 | Trainer insert |
Tyrunt is the only JP-exclusive card — it appears at illustration rare rarity in Nihil Zero but was dropped entirely from Perfect Order. EN collectors wanting it will need to import.
Key Prices to Watch
- Rosa's Encouragement SIR and FA JP premiums — The 0.75× and 0.57× JP premiums are driven by collector demand and are not likely to invert quickly. If you are targeting the EN version, current prices at SGD $92 (SIR) and SGD $11 (FA) already represent EN's discount to JP.
- Meowth ex SIR (SGD $236 EN) — The highest EN card in the set. A 2.08× premium means the JP version at SGD $113 is significantly cheaper for anyone who does not require EN language.
- Poké Pad FA (SGD $19 EN) — If competitive play demand drives this card further, the 4.21× ratio could widen. Worth monitoring if new decks emerge that run Poké Pad.
- Clefairy IR (SGD $46 EN) — Highest EN premium in the IR section at 3.62×. The JP version at SGD $13 is a significant discount for non-language-preference collectors.
- MHR near-parity — The $176/$165.92 JP/EN split is unusually close. Any shift in competitive demand or supply could push it clearly one direction.
